Pitch Markings A = Excellent, B = Quite Good, C = Poor, D = Dangerous, E = Rain Affected.
Ball Markings A = Good Shape & Shine Retention, B = Satisfactory, C = Poor Shape/ Shine etc. Please take into account weather and pitch conditions Any ball found to be unsatisfactory should be returned to the league secretary.
Umpire Marks. 5 = Excellent Knowledge and Consistent Application of the laws. 4 = Very Good but with isolated mistakes. 3 = Average. 2 = Inconsistent. 1 = Not acceptable. If marking less than 3 please explain why in comments section.
